* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...North Fork Red River near Carter.

* WHEN...From this morning to Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Expect flooding of low-bottom fields and private roads in Beckham... Greer and Kiowa counties... and in park areas around the edge of Altus-Lugert Lake.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.9 feet this evening. - Action stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
