* IMPACTS...Two roads remain closed due to flooding with creeks and stream very high. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1246 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding near Westfield and Ulysses. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain fell on Monday. - Flooding impacts may continue, but little additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
