* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 832 AM CDT /932 AM EDT/, local law enforcement reported flooding across Gibson and Pike Counties, with numerous rural and county roads across the counties flooded, along with water running across IN-64 east of Oakland City. Between 5 and 11 inches of rain have fallen over the past 72 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
