* WHERE...White River at Noblesville.
* WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flooding of commercial district on south side of Noblesville begins. Extensive flooding continues along East 96th, 116th, 122nd, 126th, and 146th Streets in Hamilton County. Many evacuations are necessary. Flooding of southwest Noblesville west of 4th Street. Noblesville Wastewater Treatment Plant is underwater. East 116th Street, River Road, and many local roads in Hamilton County near White River are underwater.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 17.8 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:45 AM EDT Friday was 17.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
