* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following counties, Cannon, Coffee, Grundy, Van Buren and Warren.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
