* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 417 AM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Street flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas is ongoing in Nebraska City. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
