* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Allen OH and Van Wert.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Brief rainfall rates up to 1 inch per hour are possible this morning. Saturated conditions continue across the area due to recent heavy rainfall. Any additional rain will result in increased runoff and an increased flood potential. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
