In south central Kentucky, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Owsley, Perry and Wolfe.
