* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 4 PM AKDT Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 PM Tuesday to 1 AM AKDT Wednesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 4 AM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
