* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water affects residences near the U.S. Highway 61 bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 21.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.2 feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday, October 08. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
