At 512 PM CDT/412 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16 miles south of Tribune, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. Areas of blowing dust reducing visibility. Dry lightning strikes may pose a wildfire risk.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northern Hamilton and northwestern Kearny Counties.
