At 1141 PM EDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate training thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen in the last 4 hours. Additionally, creek and streams continue to rise across Guilford County. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
