* At 724 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Smith Island to near Northern Neck Reef to near Windmill Point, moving southeast at 35 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
