* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 32 degrees will result in frost formation. The frost is favored in low-lying and bog locations with temperatures possibly 5 to 10 degrees warmer at higher elevations.

* WHERE...Jackson and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
