* Until 800 AM CDT.
* At 354 AM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
SOURCE...Park management indicated that 2 camp grounds have been evacuated and the gauge on the river in the park rose 4 feet in less than 2 hours.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
