At 323 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across the warned area with numerous low water crossings closed. Leon and Olmos Creek has responded slightly in water levels and has increased. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. While rainfall rates has decreased over the past hour, additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding.
