* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Navajo County in north central Arizona... Apache County in northeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 1115 PM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or occurring. Deadly flooding over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1209 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Mineral Creek, Vernon Creek, Cheney Draw, Brown Creek, Big Hollow Wash, Little Colorado River, Mallory Draw, and Concho Creek.. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Concho Lake, Concho, Mesa Redonda, Vernon, Cerro Montoso Peak, Lions Park, Little Ortega Lake, White Mountain Ultralight Flightpark, Hunt and Zion Reservoir. - This includes the following highways... Highway 60 between mile markers 358 and 373. State Route 61 between mile markers 357 and 381. Highway 180 between mile markers 340 and 358.
