* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM CDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM Sunday to 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
