* WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, agricultural land near the river is flooded and water covers most islands. Water starts rising onto secondary roads in Wapello Bottoms.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 21.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
