Locations impacted include... Catalina, Oro Valley, Marana, Eloy, Saddlebrooke, Avra Valley, Saddlebrooke Ranch, Tortolita, Picacho, Picacho Peak State Park, Pinal Airpark, Picture Rocks, Red Rock, Cactus Forest, Dove Mountain and Oracle Junction.

This includes the following highways... Route 79 between mile markers 92 and 128. Route 87 between mile markers 116 and 124. Route 77 between mile markers 83 and 92. Interstate 10 between mile markers 206 and 243.
