White River at Spencer, Elliston, and Edwardsport.

.Minor flooding is occurring on the White River from Spencer southward. The river crest is at Newberry as of noon Saturday and should reach Edwardsport Sunday morning, Petersburg Sunday night, and then Hazleton Tuesday evening. Flooding on the White River is predicted to conclude Friday.

Largely dry weather is in store for the week ahead, with only low chances of rain Wednesday night and Thursday.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Spencer.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15.5 feet, Gosport Road, also known as County Line Road in Owen County, begins to flood on north side of river. Romona Road west of Gosport begins to flood. Flooding of low agricultural land is noticeable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.2 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:30 AM EDT Saturday was 17.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
