* WHERE...North River near Norwalk Hwy R57, or from the Madison-Warren County line to the Des Moines River.

* WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water is over Iowa 28 immediately south of Norwalk and threatens several rural gravel roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 21.7 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 22.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
