* IMPACTS...Flooding of Tonto Creek and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Tonto Creek is expected to continue to slowly rise through this afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 947 AM MST, gauge reports indicated Tonto Creek continues to remain above Action stage. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tonto Basin and Punkin Center. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
