* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, Mercer and Warren, southeast Iowa, including the following areas, Des Moines, Henry IA, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Van Buren and Washington, and northeast Missouri, including the following areas, Clark and Scotland.

* WHEN...Through 7 PM this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training thunderstorms with heavy rainfall rates are possible within the watch area early this morning through this evening.
