* WHERE...Southern Hancock County in central Indiana... Johnson County in central Indiana... Rush County in central Indiana... Shelby County in central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until noon EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 833 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
