* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1203 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 14.1 feet. Flood stage is 13 feet. Numerous roads were also reported closed due to flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
