* WHERE...A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Greenbrier and Summers.

* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 236 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Big Clear Creek, Elijah Branch, Big Creek, Beech Run, Eagle Branch, Bradshaw Creek, Burns Run, Beaver Creek, Fisher Creek, Burdette Creek, Buggy Branch, Boggs Creek, Greenbrier River and Boone Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
