* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Arizona, including the following areas, Aguila Valley, Buckeye/Avondale, Cave Creek/New River, Central Phoenix, Deer Valley, East Valley, Fountain Hills/East Mesa, Mazatzal Mountains, New River Mesa, North Phoenix/Glendale, Northwest Valley, Rio Verde/Salt River, Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, South Mountain/Ahwatukee, Southeast Valley/Queen Creek, Tonopah Desert and Tonto Basin.
* WHEN...From Sunday evening through late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Ample moisture and atmospheric instability will again combine with a weather system positioned over western portions of the region to promote scattered thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall from Sunday evening into Sunday night.
