* WHERE...Central U. S. Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca and East Entrance U. S. Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur Friday afternoon and evening, with the strongest winds in adjacent areas of the east and central sections of the Strait where wind gusts may reach gale force.
