Details
At 743 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 33 miles southeast of Marathon to 8 miles southeast of Persimmon Gap to Panther Junction. These storms were nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include... Panther Junction, Chisos Basin, Persimmon Gap, and Big Bend National Park.
