For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft expected. For the second Gale Warning, south winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 13 to 17 ft expected.
