The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for... The White Sage Fire scar in... Coconino County in north central Arizona...

* Until 500 PM MST.

* At 222 PM MST, the public reported flash flooding occurring along US Highway 89A near House Rock from the White Sage Fire scar. Up to 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the White Sage Fire scar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the White Sage Fire scar.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Le Fevre Overlook.

This includes U.S. Highway 89A near mile marker 563...and between mile markers 571 and 575...and between mile markers 585 and 592.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Johnson Wash, Jacob Canyon, Wildcat Canyon, House Rock Wash, Kaibab Wash, Coyote Wash and Rock Canyon.
