* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. Ridgetop winds will gust over 80 mph at times. Wave heights of 2 to 4 feet on Lake Tahoe.

* WHERE...Greater Lake Tahoe Area.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 2 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and rough waters will create hazardous boating conditions on area lakes, including Lake Tahoe, Boca and Prosser Creek reservoirs, Independence Lake, and Donner Lake. Winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
