* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northern Ventura County in southwestern California...

* WHEN...Until 500 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 154 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to nearly stationary thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
