* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A monsoon surge will continue to bring sustained winds up to 25 knots with gusts to around 30 knots through at least Thursday morning. Winds are expected to begin to subside Thursday as the surge moves farther north.
