At 416 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Brookwood, or 7 miles northeast of Holt, moving west at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Northern Tuscaloosa, Northport, Holt, Brookwood, Vance, Coker, Abernant, Bull City, Samantha, Lake Lurleen State Park, Lake Wildwood, Deerlick Creek Campgrounds, Mercedes Benz Of Alabama, Bankhead Lock And Dam, Binion Creek Landing, Lake Tuscaloosa, East Brookwood, Flatwoods, Peterson, and Lake Harris.
