* WHERE...Southeastern Hot Springs County in central Wyoming...
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 702 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, with rainfall rates approaching 2"/hr. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Jones Creek, Warm Springs Creek, Kirby Creek, Black Willow Draw, Twin Buttes Draw, Wind River, Buffalo Creek, Grass Creek, Bighorn River and Middle Fork Warm Springs Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
