.New river forecasts for the White River near Nora, at Ravenswood, and at Noblesville...where major flooding is expected or is occurring...call for the river crests to be slightly higher than called for in the previous set of forecasts. Noblesville is now predicted to tie the record flood level of 23.80 feet early this evening, which is 0.30 feet higher than the previous forecast. Nora is now expected to crest at 20.00 feet, which is also 0.30 feet higher than previous. Ravenswood is predicted to crest at 12.4 feet, 0.1 foot higher than previous.
Noblesville will crest around 8 PM this evening, and Nora and Ravenswood near 8 AM Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flood waters approach Keystone Avenue north of White River. Much of Ravenswood, Mystic Bay, and areas on both sides of Keystone Avenue south of East 80th Street are flooded by three feet of water. Flood waters nearing residential areas in Shore Acres, Williams Creek Cutoff east of Marott Park, and on the river side of Union Chapel Road. Extensive flooding of the river side of the flood protection in the vicinity of the Indianapolis Art Center and Edgewater Apartments. Flood waters nearing Arden Drive.
