* WHERE...Devils River at Pafford Crossing nr Comstock.

* WHEN...Until early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, (4.3 meters), Major flooding. Life threatening flooding for recreationists above Paffords Crossing to Amistad Reservoir. Flow is near 150,000 cfs. Livestock should be moved from areas vulnerable to major flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 2.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 4.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 14.6 feet this evening.
