* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 332 PM EDT, radar indicated that the heaviest rain from thunderstorms had exited the warned area, but flooding persists. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
