* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Kentucky, including the following counties, Lewis and Mason and south central Ohio, including the following county, Scioto.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Clustering thunderstorms continue to occur in the watch area. As much as 1 to 3 inches of additional rain is possible in the remaining watch area.
