* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cross Sound.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM AKST Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM to 9 AM AKST Friday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 9 AM Friday to 6 AM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
