Winds on the Waterville Plateau and the western Columbia Basin will shift northwesterly in the evening. Winds will remain breezy overnight into Sunday with fair to poor humidity recoveries.

* Affected Area: Okanogan Valley (Zone 703).

* Winds: South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Relative Humidities: 13 to 20 percent.

* Impacts: Rapid fire spread is likely with any new or ongoing fires.
