* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 238 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fell in the warned area on Saturday with thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell on Saturday. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
