* WHERE...Palau and Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Monsoon regime enhanced by nearby TD 19W will continue to bring fresh to strong westerlies to Yap through tonight, with some near-gale gusts possible as TD 19W continues to move away from the area. Conditions are expected to improve thereafter, allowing winds and seas hazardous to small craft to fall below criteria level late tonight.
