* WHERE...Palau and Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Monsoon regime enhanced by nearby TD 19W will continue to bring fresh to strong westerlies to Palau through this afternoon, with some occasional near-gale gusts expected as 19W continues to move away. Conditions are expected to improve thereafter, allowing winds and seas hazardous to small craft to fall below criteria level beginning this evening.
