* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM ChST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fresh to strong westerlies will prevail across the Marianas today, as a westerly monsoon surge continues. Combined seas of 8 to 11 feet are expected today, to then drop a foot and persist as such for several more days, remaining hazardous to small craft.
