* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land along the river. Water is several feet deep in places.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.1 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
