* At 439 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen in the last 3 hours according to rain gauges and doppler radar. Additional heavy rain is expected to move back into the area shortly and thus flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
