At 527 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the Benson area. Between 1.75 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing with multiple reports of flooded streets in Benson as of 525 PM MST.
